16 months!

Time seriously flies by...

I cant believe how big she is getting! Just last night me and Michael were looking at pictures and videos he had on his phone from when Harper was born, up to now.. and its amazing how much she has changed. I miss her being tiny... but I LOVE watching her learn and grow. She is so much fun, and makes us laugh so much.. she is quite the character.

Ive been really bad at updating her baby book.. and I'm sure there are a few things Ive forgotten or missed, and cant remember specific dates, but ill update on what I can remember.

Harper is so smart.. she really picks up on things quick. She will repeat what a doggy and kitty says, were still working on pig.. she will scrunch up her nose, but not do the sound too well. ha She is starting to run everywhere, which is funny to watch because she puts her arms back, like to give herself some momentum or something. She says shoes, she LOVES shoes.. she wants them on first thing when she wakes up, throughout the day, and feels the need to gather all of them up and carry them around.. she even cried in the store when she saw them and couldn't have them! she still says "Ba" for ball.. every time she sees one, or something she thinks is one... they are her favorite.

Lately her new thing is to climb on top of EVERYTHING. This girl is fearless.. she would rather climb on and in anything she can than play with her toys.

Her favorite show is YO Gabba Gabba.. look it up.. its almost creepy. But for some reason it puts her into a trance.. she spins and dances like crazy. There is a dance on there called "hold still" You wiggle until they say hold still... yup she has mastered that dance. ;) She is also very generous with blowing and giving kisses... which usually end up with snot of slobber everywhere. She also loves to wear mommy's clothes.. there's a few shirts she has that she insists on carrying around, and puts over her head. She is definitely my daughter.. attitude and all. :)

I just love her little face so much... and as much as I would love for her to stay little forever.. I'm excited to watch her grow, and teach her new things.

:)
