Pinterest do's.

So I have a obsession with Pinterest.. I find all these awesome, amazing, things I want to do.. well Ive done some.. and attempted some.. thought I would share with you! I'm going to make it a goal to do at least a project a month.. maybe more, but Ill stick with a month so I don't have all these unfinished projects lying around.

Here Are my recent Pinterest do's: (Most photos Courtesy of pinterest, mine will soon follow)

First off.. My dresser re-do.. I love Grey and yellow.. my new room color pallet! I'm glad to say my DIY version of this is very similar, Except my Yellow is a little lighter, and I opted for painting the legs yellow as well!

Vintage bird cage.
Ive been wanting one like this forever.. and I finally found one! When i was at this antique store in Montana. I found a white one for $7. My plan is to paint it like this.. so technically this is not a finished pinterest find, but i did get the bird cage! lol

Framed shopping bags.
I love this idea.. because i save all my gift bags/shopping bags like this.. Wish I had a Chanel bag to frame, one that actual carried a Chanel purchase.. *dreaming* lol But I did save my shopping bags from Las Vegas.. A couple years ago I got to go shopping, and of course thought it was the coolest thing ever! :) I recently framed one of them, it was from Hard Rock casino.. The logo was awesome and it fit perfectly in a frame I had. I have a few other ones that are from local stores that will just look neat in a frame. My plan is to display them in the bedroom somehow.. Unfortunately I don't have this amaze-balls closet.

Halloween Wreath.
Halloween colors/different ribbon wrapped wreath... I loved how this looked, and how simple it was. I added my own touches, and used some if the ribbon to make rosettes.

Bad lighting.. But it really is cute. Its hanging on my door already. :) Me and the girls had a craft night and we all made different Halloween wreaths. So fun.

Mummy lights.
Along with wreath making night.. I Decided to make one of these! So easy and cute, I used a big mason jar I had lying around, wrapped it with cheese cloth, and glued on some eyes! Here is my version:
Cute huh?!

Homemade stove top mac&cheese.
Soo this looks delicious right? Comfort food at its finest.. and boy, do I love a good bowl of mac and cheese.. which is usually Kraft macaroni and cheese.. But Michael is a pro at making it, so I always requested it.. butt Real cheesy goodness.. I'm all for it. NOT. I'm sad to say that this recipe and me = fail. It didn't taste THAT bad.. but i think my choice of sharp cheddar cheese and being lazy and using whole milk really made it into a big ol' pasty mess. Try it.. it still is the easiest homemade recipe Ive found.. maybe next time it will be more successful.

I will update with the rest of my pictures soon.. and until new crafts/recipes.. Enjoy!
:)
